Event visuals & stage design

An event is a brand compressed into a few intense days. Every screen, badge, stage backdrop and piece of merch has to hold the room's attention and feel like part of the same world.

Approach

Leading the visual identity as Head of Art for events like the 10th edition of Marketing Festival taught me how differently design behaves in a physical venue. A visual system for a conference has to work on a wide LED wall behind a speaker, on a wayfinding sign in a foyer, and on a phone screen in a programme schedule.

Within the rollout phase, I design complete event visual systems, extending your brand into a flagship company conference, trade fair presence or special edition event. I take care of the concept, key visuals, stage and screen graphics, print collateral and merchandise from the first moodboard to production files.

What’s included

Setting a distinctive visual theme for the event or edition that works across digital campaigns and physical spaces.

Designing speaker backdrops, intro slides, agenda screens and stage framing calibrated for large-format projection.

Badges, lanyards, roll-ups, directional signage and spatial graphics that guide attendees through the venue.

Programme booklets, partner materials and event merch that attendees actually keep after the lights go down.

Frequently asked questions

For many B2B and community-driven companies, an annual conference, customer summit or major industry trade fair is the moment where customers meet the brand in person. Including event visuals in your rollout ensures your stage presence and booth match your new digital identity.

Stage visuals depend heavily on screen aspect ratios, lighting and viewing distances, so I coordinate with your event production team to make sure every format is prepared to the right specification.
