04 Bloom · Brand rollout

Team training & ongoing art direction

The most fragile moment for a new brand is the month after handover. Without a clear onboarding and a senior eye watching over the details, even a strong identity can slowly drift apart across everyday materials.

Approach

As part of the rollout phase, I run a practical training session with your in-house marketers, designers or sales leads. We walk through your interactive brand guidelines together, look at how to use the templates and brand codes in practice, and answer the questions your team has before launch.

Many small and medium-sized companies do not need a full-time senior art director, but they still want someone to protect the brand as they grow. For companies whose brands I have built through the Rooted to Bloom process, I can also stay on as an external art director to help keep the brand consistent over time.

What’s included

Live training sessions for your marketing, design and sales teams on how to apply the new strategy, tone of voice and visual system.

Helping your team set up their presentation decks, social templates and asset libraries so everyday work runs smoothly.

Staying on hand as your new website, packaging and materials go live to resolve practical design questions.

Optional long-term creative oversight and visual direction reserved for brands built together through the Rooted to Bloom process.

Frequently asked questions

Ongoing art direction is reserved for companies that have gone through my Rooted to Bloom rebranding process. Because I built the strategy and system from the roots up, I can guide your team and review new materials without a learning curve.

Team training and launch support are a standard part of the rollout phase. Continuing with ongoing art direction afterwards is completely optional.
