Discovery workshop

When a company outgrows its look, the people leading it rarely hold the exact same picture of the future in their heads. The discovery workshop brings decision makers into one room to turn the findings from your brand audit into a shared direction.

Approach

Because every collaboration starts with an initial brand audit, we walk into the workshop knowing where your current brand falls short and what your competitors are doing. We use our time together to solve the core commercial questions: which customers are most valuable, what your sales team struggles to explain, and how the company wants to be perceived in the years ahead.

For smaller or focused businesses, the discovery workshop provides the alignment we need to define your positioning and brand codes. For larger companies in complex categories, it sets the hypotheses that we then test in qualitative customer interviews or quantitative market research.

What’s included

Reviewing the diagnostic insights together and agreeing on the business bottlenecks the rebrand must solve.

Defining who actually makes the buying decision, what triggers them to look for a partner like you, and what makes them hesitate.

Structured discussions to uncover your company's personality, tone of voice and visual boundaries.

Surfacing disagreements early so the CEO, founders and marketing lead sign off on one direction before strategy writing begins.

Frequently asked questions

The people who steer the business and will approve the final brand, typically the founder, CEO, commercial director or head of marketing. Keeping the group focused ensures everyone is heard and decisions stick.

We can run the workshop online via video call and a shared interactive board for international teams, or meet in person when practical.

The workshop always builds on the initial brand audit and forms the start of the strategy phase. I do not run standalone facilitation days without doing the diagnostic groundwork first.
